Hi My name is Lex My Journey into pole started in 2013.

 

While west coast swing dancing with a friend in Vancouver, I was dared into trying out a pole class. 

 

I found the classes to be fun upbeat a great workout and at the same time very challenging and humbling.

And as you might guess I totally fell in love with Pole Dance, and the amazing Pole Dance Community.

 

Since then I have won over a dozen competitions in the categories of Pole sport. Exotic pole and Pole art. even winning the USA and Canadian medals to qualify for Worlds, traveling to the Netherlands to be the first Pole Comedy act and to Spain to compete at IPSF worlds and bringing home a silver medal back to Canada.

 

  I now hope to share My enthusiasm and years of knowledge of this sport here on the Sunshine Coast
